There are no refunds for services, including individual and packages. All sales are final. As stated in the Medical Disclaimer, specific results are not guaranteed.

IF you need to reschedule a session, you must notify Adele Durlacher in some form of writing, including chat, text, or email within 24 hours of your holistic session to be eligible for the paid session to be applied to a future date. Otherwise, the paid session will be forfeited.
